This Experience is perfect for solo travelers, couples on retreat, or friends looking for a comfortable getaway. The space You'll have the entire upstairs of the home to yourself. You will also have access to the laundry and backyard where you can relax at night under the stars or warm glow of the outdoor lights. Bay Drive is a prime location where you'll be close to everything. Other things to note Please note: we take pride in the cleanliness of our listing. We ensure that each space will be cleaned and sanitized. Additionally, there is a long term tenant that lives in a separate space below. You may hear the tenant from time to time. The only spaces that are shared with the tenant are the laundry room (located downstairs), outdoor shower and the backyard. We also offer a private beach parking pass for Avalon Pier. - If lost or accidentally taken a fee of $100 will be charged to your credit card. The space is not equipped with a crib, pack and play, or high chair. No additional safety measures have been taken for children.
