The space On the ground floor you will find: - The living room with a sofa bed (140*190 with its bed linen) - A TV - Two coffee tables - An open kitchen, equipped with an oven, a stove (gas and induction), a range hood, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a Senseo coffee maker (pods not included)…. - A dining table with 4 chairs - A washing machine (laundry not included) Upstairs: - A queen-size bed for 2 people (160*200 with bed linens) - A walk-in closet - A bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet The exteriors: The property has a gravel yard lined with wooden barriers. Here you'll find: - A garden table with chairs and armchairs - Garden furniture with cushion - A barbecue (charcoal not included) You can also enjoy the park for relaxing moments. Service included in the rental: - Wi-Fi is accessible and free - The bed is made when you check-in - Cleaning products and materials are provided. If you do not wish to clean before your departure, a fee of €80 will be charged. Service NOT INCLUDED in the rental: - Cleaning - Hand towels - Coffee pods, sugar, tea….. - Laundry - Charcoal Guest access - When you arrive, an inventory and the keys will be handed over (allow between 20 and 30 minutes). - Private accommodation adjoining our house. - Temporary parking at the foot of the accommodation, and parking 50 m away allowing the parking of heavy vehicles (private parking) - The accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities (floor). - No animals allowed.
