The space The Cozy House features a spacious bedroom furnished with a luxurious KING sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The top of the line Samsung appliances, including a stackable washer and dryer, provide convenience and efficiency for both short and long-term stays. Privacy is paramount in this detached unit, completely separated from the main residence. You can enjoy a truly private Airbnb experience, creating a tranquil and secluded atmosphere throughout your stay. Although the Cozy House may appear compact from the outside, once you step inside, you'll discover an abundance of space in the kitchen and living room areas. A small dining table allows for intimate meals, while a separate laptop space caters to your work or leisure needs. This thoughtful layout ensures a comfortable and cozy experience, providing ample room to relax and unwind. Other things to note PET FEE We understand that pets are important members of your family, so we welcome them in the Cozy House. Please note that there is a charge of $10 per pet per day to allow the accommodation of our furry guests.
