Located on the middle of Lincoln Park, you are able to walk to some of the hottest and most popular attractions in town, plus you have two supermarkets just a block from the property and plenty of restaurants around. The space Beautifully renovated 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms townhouse in the heart of LINCOLN PARK. We can't think of a better place when planning a weekend getaway, business trip, or need a comfortable/safe place to stay for family/friends. We also supply parking stickers for whoever may be driving in plus a reserve open parking spot. Just crossing street, you have a playground up to the public after school hours, what makes this place also perfect for families. - PETS are not permitted; however, if you plan to travel with one, you may submit a request for consideration, and we will evaluate whether we can accommodate your furry companion. For service animals, we kindly ask guests to notify us in advance. Unit features nice, high ceilings, a high-end kitchen that opens nicely into dining/living room area and spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Central A/C and heat. Mounted 60” SMART TV in living room and 42” SMART TV in second floor w/ cable provided through YouTube Tv. SPACIOUS Outdoor walk-out patio. It is a truly unbeatable location. Outside areas will be closet and cover starting oct/nov until Spring, depending in weather condition it could be around May or June. Q: Is the neighborhood safe? A: Very much so. 24 hours a day. Q: PARKING? A: Do not worry about looking for parking late at night!! This place comes with a private open parking spot located in the back of the townhouse plus necessary zone parking stickers if needed for your group to park on the surrounding streets. After booking, we give detailed parking instructions. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus! Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things. Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in. Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case. Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests. Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this. Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on! We provide a very good quality of mattresses in all our beds :) we understand our guests need to sleep comfortably. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, with the exception of any locked closets or rooms, which are secured for cleaning crew or owner use. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to open any locked areas.
