Completely self contained, attached to the main home with private entrance, spacious parking and large private deck surrounded by native plants. Fresh linen, tea, coffee, snacks Own laundry. Netflix. The space The studio is set on a spacious level area in front of the main house, with no stairs and easy access. The driveway for the property is shared with the owners. To the rear of the property is a small working farm and occasionally there are animals or a tractor passing near by. The owners have several ragdoll cats who are part of the family and may pop up every now and then to say hello. At times there may be family members around the outside of the main house but your private large deck area at the front of the studio is solely for your private use. There are no shared outside areas apart from the driveway. Guest access Private guest access using a lockbox provided. The studio backs onto the owners home but is totally seperate and self contained with its own large deck area and outdoor space. No shared areas other than the shared access driveway. Other things to note Strictly no smoking. We use eco products only due to the type of septic tank system we have. These are all provided in the studio. There is a large kitchen bench, sink area, equipped with cutlery, cooking utensils, pans, plates, cups, glasses, wine glasses, coffee plunger, toaster, microwave and single element induction portable cooktop. Full refrigerator with freezer section. No oven. Front loader washing machine with laundry powder provided and private outside drying line area.
