Cottage in Portland

Newly renovated 2 BR cottage with 2 porches 2 blocks from the beach. Two large lawn areas, one perfect for sunny lawn games and the other for lounging in the shade. Porches: partial wrap-around with dining/cocktail areas and a screened in back porch. Upstairs: two bedrooms with new mattresses and a half bath. Downstairs: updated kitchen with new appliances (incl. w/d), DR and renovated full bath and sunroom that doubles as a third bedroom. The cottage preference is adults only. Other things to note The cottage is not child friendly (original art pieces, original paint may have contained lead, etc), and so groups with children are discouraged.
