Our family of five renovated this property to share with our families, & are thrilled to extend the invite to anyone else who values the outdoors with loved ones! Hiking, trails, swimming , fishing & more! Four beds & potential for more, we’ve got you! The space Bright and open recently updated A-frame with a full kitchen, large dining area (indoor and out!), living room with television and games, elevated deck, private bedroom with queen bed, gorgeous new bathroom, and upstairs loft with three twin beds. Not to mention the FORTY FIVE ACRE family playground. Pond (on property, house is not waterfront), fire pits, creek, trails, plus reliable WiFi! We’ve got space for you, your outdoor toys, your family, your friends, and for sure the doggos. Seriously- all within ten miles you’ll find a very cool downtown, hometown brewery & restaurants, several farms and parks on the way, a couple bald eagle nests, a prestigious university, Charles Mill Lake, bike trails, shopping, etc etc. That’s really only if you want to leave Sycamore Springs property!! *Note* pond is catch and release only. Although the large pond is not directly next to, or within view from the house, it is a short walk down a wide gravel path or can be accessed via car from a separate driveway. Guest access A map of the property will be displayed, guests are asked to acclimate and not trespass if unsure. The perimeter of the property is marked with blue paint blazes on trees or posts. Most trails are not for vehicles, and the pond is accessible via foot or car.
