The space Charming typical CHM bungalow in a quiet area and very well located 2 steps from the beach, Gaia, pool and forest. Very bright and comfortable, it consists of a bedroom with a single bed above a large 160/200 bed, a large 160/200 bed in a corner of the living room and a 140/200 bed on the terrace to enjoy in the summer. The kitchen is open to the living room and very well equipped (large fridge/freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, etc.). We also have a summer kitchen on the terrace with a gas grill, electric oven, gas hob and sink. Wood stove for the winter months and 2 fans for hot summer nights. We provide everything you need for cooking as well as for the shower. The bathroom is closed with hot indoor shower, vanity, toilet and small auxiliary heater very effective if needed. Adjacent to the bungalow, on the side of the terrace, you can enjoy 2 hot showers with luminous showerheads. Outdoor table on the covered terrace for 5 people comfortable and forest table on the large terrace on the garden side with a hammock and 2 deckchairs. Available 1 beach umbrella, tablecloths and some games. You can park your car on the grass in front of the hedge at the entrance to the bungalow. More photos on request! Perfect bungalow for 4 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 3 children. Pets, ask us for permission in advance. Bed linen on request at no extra cost but in return to be washed on your departure for the next arrivals (washing machine available on the terrace and CHM laundry dryer). Put the sheets back in their place in the entrance closet. Out of respect, we ask that you leave the property as clean as it was on arrival (cleaning fee not included in our rate). In winter we will ask you for €30 if the cleaning is not done properly and €80 in summer. Tourist tax and overnight stays to be paid at the campsite upon arrival to collect your badges (€6/person/night and €0.80 tourist tax). Key in a lockbox at the bungalow.
