La Casetta Capraia Island

La Casetta is located in the heart of the village of Capraia Island, very close to Residence la Vela and the Fort of San Giorgio, among the small alleys that characterize the village. It turns out to be within easy walking distance : bakery/food, Church, bar for breakfasts and aperitifs, tobacconist and shuttle service stop, to and from the port. Beautiful viewpoints and beautiful coves are easily reached from the house. The space The Cottage was renovated in spring 2022 and consists of one large space with kitchenette, sofa bed and double bed and a spacious bathroom with window and shower stall. The house is equipped with a kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, Smart Tv swivel, free Wi-fi, 2 closets. The Cottage is equipped with a heat pump with both heating function for winter/autumn stays and cooling/dehumidification function to improve comfort during summer days Bed and bath linen service (shower, face and bidet towels) on request with small additional costs.
