Cozy chalet with spacious outdoor area and fantastic views of the Churfirsten and Walensee. The house is located in the ski & holiday region Flumserberge - with various summer and winter offers. What we like best: raclette or fondue with friends, BBQ on the terrace, cozy movie evenings in front of the fireplace, aperitifs overlooking Lake Walen... Suitable for: individuals, couples, families with 2-4 children, 4 friends or 6 close friends :) The space First floor: Small room with French bed (140 cm), large room with double bed (180 cm), bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet. Second floor: Living room with open fireplace, TV and direct access to the balcony. Small room with French bed (140 cm). Fully equipped kitchen including oven, dishwasher and various coffee machines (Nespresso, Bialetti, French press). Outside: Large balcony overlooking Lake Walen & Churfirsten as well as various garden seats, terrace furniture, grill & fire pit. Guest access The entire accommodation is available without a boiler room incl. Internet. In summer, two parking spaces are available right next to the house - in winter, the small garage no. 6 on Gafadurastrasse 6 about 50 m from the house. Be careful when parking - the garage is narrow and not very high (169 cm). Other things to note The property is located on a steep mountain road that cannot be used in winter and is not plowed - a garage is available a short distance away (about 2 minutes walk) - the climb is worth it :) In winter: The Terza exit leads past the house to the middle station - suitable for very experienced skiers with good snow conditions. This is a non-smoking property.
