Renovated house with Ouessantin charm

This house is ready to accommodate a family with 3 children or 2 couples. This Ouessantin accommodation has been completely renovated while keeping the charm of the old. 10 minutes walk to the Stiff pier and 5 minutes walk to Arlan beach. The neighborhood is quiet, 10 minutes by bike from the village. The weekly market is on Wednesday and Saturday mornings at the old "Sainte-Anne" school in the village of Lampaul. During summer or school periods, we rent for a minimum of 5 nights. The space The entire house is at your disposal, parking space and 200 m2 garden with a friendly picnic table. The living room is modern and pleasant with a fully functional and equipped kitchen, a sofa area and a central table. The house is on two floors with two staircases. On the first floor, a shower room with toilet and a separate bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. On the second floor, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a hallway with a 90 cm single bed. All bedrooms have sea views, the garden is enclosed and in a quiet area. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. We do not allow pets. The rental has a barbecue and deckchairs in the garden. In addition, a deposit check will be required upon handover of the house keys. Guest access The entire house is accessible for guests as well as the garden, barbecue and other outdoor elements of the rental. Other things to note The house is very well equipped so that you have a more pleasant and relaxing stay possible. Towels not included.
