This house is ready to host a family with 3 children or 2 couples. This Ouessantin home has been completely renovated while keeping the charm of the old. 10 minutes walk to Stiff pier and 5 minutes walk to Arlan beach. The neighborhood is quiet, 10 minutes by bike from the village. The weekly market is on Wednesday and Saturday mornings at the old school "Sainte-Anne" in the village of Lampaul. The space The entire house is at your disposal, parking space and garden of 200m2 with a friendly picnic table. The living room is modern and pleasant with a fully functional and equipped kitchen, a sofa area and a central table. The house is on two floors with two stairs. On the first floor, a shower room with a toilet and an independent bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm. On the second floor, a bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm and a clearance with a single bed of 90 cm. All rooms have sea views, the garden is enclosed and in a quiet area. The house is equipped with wifi. We cannot accept pets. The rental has a barbecue as well as sunbeds in the garden. Guest access The entire house is accessible for guests as well as the garden, barbecue and other outdoor elements of the rental.
