Live in the midst of a vineyard where we grow grapes for local wineries. It’s a tranquil property, enjoy the beautiful views of mountains and vineyards. *Minimum 29 nights booking*: This is not available short term - only for 29 nights or more. *Outdoor living*: Three patio spaces and brand new hot tub too. *Wonderful location*: Close to wineries and the town square. The space *Kitchen*: Well-stocked kitchen, and grill outdoors. *Hot tub/cold plunge*: Private hot tub overlooking our vineyard. I have an inflatable cold plunge too - please inquire to check this is available. *Gym*: Also I just setup a little gym in the back courtyard. It’s basic but convenient! *Beds*: The master suite comes with a queen bed, while the other two bedrooms come with full or double beds. *Desks*: All rooms are outfitted with with an office area with a desk, chair, and large monitor each - these monitors even double as TVs! *Outdoor living*: Make use of three different private patios with amazing views of old redwood trees and our vines. Guest access *The property*: We have three residences on this lovely peaceful property. You share about 10ft of soundproofed wall with another space, but you have your own private yard, deck, and windows facing the vineyard so you have lots of private space just for you, your deck and garden is private and exclusive. Other things to note *Transport access*: The home is located about 25 minutes drive from Santa Rosa airport, close to a bus stop, and an 8-minute drive to Healdsburg Plaza. *The property*: Our 5 acre property has two residences, with a shared driveway. *Kids gear*: like pack and play and high chair and toys available - but please request because I don't leave it in the house.
