Relax at our fully furnished home surrounded by vineyards! Wonderful location close to wineries and the town square. We have just remodeled it and added new leather lounge, TV, and beautiful dining table and new beds and more. Three patio spaces and brand new hot tub too. Best suited for up to 4 adults, or one family. The space The furnished home includes a well-stocked kitchen, an EV charger, and a private hot tub. If you want a cold plunge tub too, let me know. Also I just setup a little gym in the back courtyard. Keen to hear your feedback on amenities you'd like. The master suite comes with a queen bed, while the other two bedrooms come with full or double beds. All rooms are outfitted with with an office area with a desk, chair, and large monitor each. These monitors even double as TVs! The master also features a private bathroom. Outside, you can make use of three different private patios with amazing views of old redwood trees and our vines. It's very pretty here. Guest access We have three residences on this lovely peaceful property, and you have your own private yard, deck, and windows facing the vineyard so you have lots of space just for you. Please be aware: laundry room is shared, and there is about 10ft of (soundproofed) wall connection near the entryway with our lovely guest next door. Other things to note The home is located about 25 minutes drive from Santa Rosa airport, close to a bus stop, and an 8-minute drive to Healdsburg Plaza. Our 5 acre property has three residences. This particular residence is 1300+ sqft and comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Please note you share approx 10ft of soundproofed wall with another space. While staying here, you’ll be near Healdsburg, where you can find some of the best cuisine in the country. Several wineries are nearby and a farmers market is available on the weekend. If you’re looking for a safe location with a friendly local community, there’s no better place to stay than this modern farmhouse with a vineyard location. It has been recently remodeled and has a gorgeous modern farmhouse style. Free parking is available and guests can make use of 171 Mbps Internet access throughout the space. Kids gear like pack and play and high chair and toys available - but please request because I don't leave it in the house.
