Although it is not a very large house, each space has been carefully utilized to create a spacious, bright and cozy atmosphere. The living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated into an open common area, perfect for sharing moments with family or friends. The bedrooms face the exterior and are bright and comfortable, offering everything you need for a restful sleep. The bathrooms are modern, practical, and equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. In addition, all rooms have independent air conditioning, allowing you to maintain the ideal temperature at any time of the year. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant private area where you can relax after a day of exploring Granada, Sierra Nevada or the Costa Tropical. Guest access The house is rented as a whole, so guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property during their stay. The house has air conditioning in the living room and in each of the bedrooms, guaranteeing a pleasant temperature year-round. All indoor and outdoor areas are for private use, including the pool, terraces, and sports equipment available at the house. We want our guests to enjoy maximum comfort, privacy and freedom during their stay. It is also possible to park a vehicle within the property. However, access requires some maneuvering and the parking area is not covered. In any case, parking in the area is easy and free. Other things to note The house is located in a very quiet residential area, ideal for resting and enjoying a relaxing stay. For this reason, we ask our guests to respect the neighbors' peace, especially after 10 pm. We would appreciate it if you would avoid making excessive noise, having parties or playing loud music in the outdoor areas at night.
