The space Maximum Number of Adult Guests is Four (4). Maximum number of Total Guests is Four (4), Maximum number of Child Guests is Two (2) or approved by host. Infant Guest does not count in Total Guest Tally; however, please let us know if a child is staying who requires a crib in order to sleep safely. Welcome! to the private rental home we call Stay The Fort. This 2 bed 1 bath 1000 square feet of true charm has all you need for your extended stay. The living space in this home is on one level. The two spacious, natural light filled bedrooms offer comfortable mattresses to allow for a peaceful sleep experience. Bedroom One is located toward the front of the home and has a queen bed. Bedroom Two has a single bed. A single cot is also available. Crib available upon request. The full bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has all that you need for a brief or extended stay. The bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between both bedrooms, and does not connect to either bedroom to maximize privacy. The home boasts original woodwork and hardwood trim and floors. The Kitchen is a lively mix of vintage with updates and is fully equipped with a dishwasher and disposal, pantry, refrigerator, freezer, an oven with four gas burners, and a microwave, as well as a toaster, drip coffee pot and keurig. The home's kitchen is always equipped with: Organic teas Colanders Cutting board and knives Pots/Pans/Sheet pans Cooking utensils and pot holders Glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, plates, bowls, and utensils. Children's plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and highchair if requested. Cork/Bottle openers Scissors Salt and Pepper The Dining room has a table that comfortably seats four. This room also features a work desk. Free WiFi/internet access The Living Room has a love seat, two recliners, a coffee table, and two side tables. There is a TV on a rolling stand with lockable casters. Netflix. The home has heat, central AC, circulating ceiling fans, a large backyard with patio, a covered front porch, and a long private driveway. A washer/dryer is offered for stays 7+ nights.
