It’s Pool O’Clock Somewhere, and that somewhere is Wild Indigo! Elevate your next East Tennessee getaway with a stay at this amenity-rich serene retreat on the edge of town within an easy scenic drive to Norris Lake! Featuring a seasonal pool, hot tub, and furnished patio perfect for afternoon barbeques and lounge chair siestas, this cozy guest room will have you celebrating the sounds of nature, TN sunsets, and gorgeous views of the Milky Way. The space Decorated while dreaming of the seashore, this large bedroom is located upstairs in the main house just up the stairs from the front entrance. Snuggle into the queen size bed as you plan the rest of your stay! 2 chairs, a storage bench, and closet complete the room which has 3 windows overlooking the woods at the back of the property and the pool area. For extra guest options, the room also contains 2 sets of twin bunk beds. A full bathroom in the hallway adjacent is reserved for guests in this room. Relax in the media room with a book, challenge your hosts to a rowdy game of PEANUTS! (our favorite card game we are more than happy to teach you!), marvel in the woodsy evening ambiance around the firepit, or enjoy a beverage on the screen porch overlooking the woods or the front porch in a rocking chair! We welcome our guests to interact with us at their leisure while in our home. Guests in any of our rooms are invited to prepare meals and store groceries in our pool house kitchen, and we gladly share a variety of hot morning beverages with you in the main kitchen. Guest access Enjoy a variety of onsite amenities in our common areas. Consider yourselves an extension of our family during your stay with our small collection of books, master a variety of both indoor and outdoor games, stay fit with our mirrored ballet bar or other workout equipment, prepare your favorite meal in our guest kitchen, or just relax outside by the pool where you will find an inground salt swimming pool, UV-sanitized hot tub, hammock, and other comfy loungers under the shade sails. As a guest at Wild Indigo, take comfort knowing we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible using LED and solar lighting throughout the property, upgrading our systems for efficiency, and being gentle with our outdoor neighborly creatures big and small so they may continue to thrive. We are are excited to be working toward becoming a certified sustainable natural habitat for wildlife through a partnership with the state of TN! Other things to note BIGGER GROUP? We may be able to accommodate you! We currently have 3 listings on Airbnb with the ability to accommodate a total of up to 12 guests (possible 4th space with +2 occupancy onsite, but not through Airbnb). Use the “message host” option to inquire about availability. We love hosting small family reunions and friend gatherings and may be willing to accommodate certain special requests if you are booking out all of our spaces. Booking at least 75% of our spaces for at least 4 nights will also include special pricing. Important Information: Absolutely NO SMOKING on property. NO PETS; Sophie is the resident cat (those with allergies please prepare accordingly; we do our best to keep her out of private guest rooms but things happen). Sophie is 50/50 on friendliness - she’s a CAT! :) Limited parking is available; limit of one vehicle per room, some exceptions may apply (contact host). Linens are included (bedding, towels, pool/hot tub towels). 1 per guest per stay. Sorry, no “Spring Breaker” groups. Please bring your own personal and showering items; we have a selection of sample size essentials should you forget something. Other convenience items available such as hair dryer, various small kitchen appliances, etc. To ask about something specific, please message host.
