Cozy, Modern 3-Bedroom Close to Downtown

Unwind in our cozy home carefully decorated to feel like your home away from home. The Sage House on First Street was newly remodeled in 2022 with modern furniture, a soaking tub, fully stocked kitchen, and a large fenced in back yard with a pergola where you can lounge or play with your furry friend (we're dog friendly!). Our home is in an urban neighborhood right outside of downtown. While you’ll notice a mix of well-kept and older homes around, our community is diverse, friendly and safe! Other things to note We know your pet is a part of the family, which is why our homes are pet friendly! That said, if there are added cleaning requirements that go beyond what a standard cleaning can accommodate (excessive fur, odor, urine, etc.) please note that additional cleaning fees will be requested. Please be responsible with your pets and clean up after them in the home to avoid added cleaning fees!
