The space This elegant 3BR, 1.5BA home combines comfort and sophistication. The main level includes a bright kitchen, dining area, and living room that open to the backyard with hot tub, grill, and chiminea. Upstairs: a king suite, two queen rooms, and an Art Deco–inspired bath with Public Goods toiletries. Luxe linens, robes, and smart TVs throughout make every stay feel like a boutique hotel experience. Please note that this property does not have bedrooms or a full bath on the first floor. Additionally, you will have to go up a small set up steps in order to access the house. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the backyard with hot tub and fire pit, front porch, and covered parking space. Self-check-in via smart lock ensures a seamless arrival. Other things to note Boxwood House is located on a quiet residential street in Sewickley Village. Please respect our neighbors - quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, including a Nespresso machine, Harney & Sons teas, toaster, and microwave. Bathrooms feature Public Goods toiletries and plush towels. Bedrooms include luxury French linens, down bedding, and ceiling fans. A washer/dryer, iron, and steamer are provided for convenience.
