The large kitchen and family room combo has a dining table, island seating, TV, leather sofa and chair and is the perfect gathering place for the whole group. Fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee and condiments. Soft beach towels are provided for those trips to the beach along with 4 beach chairs and a cooler. Two hands needed. Left hand pushes the starter. It will click repeatedly. Right hand pushes in and turns the knob a quarter turn until it stops. Keep holding it in. Hold it in after it lights for 10-15 seconds while the element heats. Release both hands. Then turn the knob until the desired flame height. Gas Grill: First, plug it in. Push the knob in and hold it while the glow plug lights, then turn the knob to high to light. Most condiments supplied Reverse osmosis water filter at sink, with minerals added back, for drinking and cooking. Ice is made with the filtered water. Gazebo is new August 2025.
