BRAND NEW 3BR/2BA LUXURY HOME located within the tropical South Padre Island Golf Club Community. Our home is a 3-minute drive to the Pro Shop (and 1st tee), pool, gym, and tennis courts. South Padre Island is a mere 20 minute drive over the Queen Isabella Causeway, with the sleepy shrimping town of Port Isabel, just 10 minutes away. Space X launches are viewable from the back porch! Come enjoy our well-equipped home that has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The space Welcome to Casa Del Lago! Our lovely retreat is a 3br/2ba, single-story, 1700+ sq ft home is located in the private gated luxury neighborhood with the regions most sought-after golf course just out your front door! Master bedroom: King bed. 2nd Bedroom: Queen bed. 3rd bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk, with a cozy chair which converts to a twin pull-out. Our spacious kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line & safest Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) water at the sink (no need to bring bottled water), fridge has a stock filter for water to drink/ice (but not R.O.), stocked spice cabinet, coffee nook with coffee maker (coffee & creamer provided), and an assortment of coffee syrups. Both the master, and Queen-bed rooms have smart TVs mounted, and available for your convenience, along with the 65" Smart TV in the living room. TV’s have WiFi connection to connect to your own personal accounts such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, etc. ***Please note we do not have available cable. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, including the laundry room, and garage. Please leave your sandy/dirty shoes, towels, & beach gear in the garage on the provided hooks and shelves. **PLEASE LEAVE ALL WET TOWELS/BATHING SUITS/COOLERS/BEACH BAGS/SHOES ON HOOKS IN GARAGE** Our garage is equipped with two beach bikes (size small/medium), 2 beach chairs, and some beach toys. ________________________ Guest access Per SPIGC Ordinance, maximum occupancy of 9 persons is strictly enforced. This includes children under the age of two (2). Per SPIGC Ordinance, we are allowed a maximum of three (3) vehicles on our property. We allow 1 vehicle to be parked in the garage. Parking is not allowed in the street or along the sidewalk anywhere within our community. Roam towing is in effect and you may be towed at your expense. Extra parking is found at the entrance by the golf building. **We have a strict NO PETS policy in place for our home. We ask that you respect our wishes and please do not ask as there are no exceptions.** __________________________________________ Other things to note *We require the primary renter to provide a copy of a government-issued ID. See House Rules for more information. *We HIGHLY recommend you purchase trip insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, especially if your reservation will be during hurricane season. Hurricane season is from June 1st - Nov 30th. See our House Rules regarding our Storm Policy. *We utilize a Ring security system for our home, specifically at the front door and driveway. Please do not tamper with any part of this system. Safety is our utmost priority for our guests!
