Fulton Bungalow- in the heart of John's Landing

This cheerful house is minutes from OHSU, Lewis & Clark, PSU, Reed College - perfect for traveling nurses, patients, professionals, or parents visiting their kids in college. Relax in the impeccable and private yard with a beautiful Japanese-inspired garden. Bright and fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with high-end wolf/sub-zero appliances. The space John's landing is Portland's maritime district and best kept secret. For water fans, you are a few blocks to Willamette Park/boat launch and the Greenway, for walking and biking along the river. There are many hot-spot restaurants, shops, spas and cafes in walking distance including Jola Cafe, Elephants on Corbett, McMenamins Fulton House Pub (a locals favorite!), Rejuvenation Spa, Zupan's market and more. Jump on your bike and head over the bridge to Sellwood. Really anything you need is a hop-skip-jump away! The house is the upper level of a classic Portland style dwelling (the lower level is a separate apartment and executive rental). The primary bedroom with a king bed is on the main floor adjacent to the bathroom. There is a second light and bright bedroom upstairs with a comfy queen bed. The kitchen is a chef's dream with high-end Wolf/Subzero appliances and everything you need to cook. The large double doors in the kitchen usher in the afternoon sun and lead out to a large deck with lounge chairs and a grill. One small dog (under 40 lbs) considered upon approval by owner. Must NOT be an excessive barker. Guest access Guest have the entire house except for the occupied self-contained basement ADU (separate entrance - no shared spaces). This is an old house so daily living noises do travel. I'm looking for guests who are quiet, respectful and conscientious (no parties). Registration details 19-104702-000-00-HO
