All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Living Room: Living room has sitting arrangement of 15 people and has bluetooth enabled speakers and TV. Bathroom: -All bathroom have electric geyser connection for hot water supply. Kitchen: -We have inhouse cook with a set limited menu who Il cater to your food requirements. -It has 8 seater dining table along with extra chairs. -Aqua guard is available for drinking water. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. - It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, mixer grinder, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day. - All non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per person, per day. - Please note that the meal prices will be exclusive of tax charges. - For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72hrs prior to the check-in date. This is subject to availability. - The meals will be delivered to the villa. - Cooking and consumption of non-veg food is allowed. - Guests can indulge in the local fare at nearby restaurants, however, please check the timings given the prevalent lockdown rules. - Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals. - Other things to note -Cooking services are available at an additional. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. HOME TRUTHS - Inverter can provide power for 6 hours can support selective lights and fans in each room. -There is 1 CCTV camera near the front gate for security purposes. -The road leading up to the property may be rough. - The caretaker stays at his home which is 2 mins away. -WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly. - Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season. - Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor. - Incase of a power outage, inverter can provide power upto 8 hours. -The waterfall over the swimming pool is allowed for 1 hour only. Plucking fruits is strictly prohibited, and will be charged with a heavy penalty. Outdoor Music is strictly prohibited after 10 in the night. if any complaints from local residences will be handled by your self. Consuming alcohol or any kind of beverage inside the pool is strictly prohibited. - Security Deposit : Rs.5000. (Fully Refundable if no Damages.) will be refunded 2 hours after check out via bank transfer. - Entry of Uninformed Guests / Visitors will be charged a penalty Rs.3000/- per person. -Strict monitering of number of guests in the Villa is done.
