The space This bright and spacious top-floor apartment is located on the 5th floor of a well-kept building. The elevator takes you comfortably to the 4th floor; from there, it’s just one flight of stairs to the apartment. Despite its central location and views over the station square and the Black Forest, the apartment remains pleasantly quiet. On the other side, you'll enjoy views of a charming inner courtyard – and on clear days, even the Palatinate Mountains. Thanks to minimal sloping ceilings, the flat feels airy and open. With four separate rooms, it offers plenty of space for both small and large groups – ideal for families, friends or work colleagues. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: One single room with a 90x200 cm bed, desk and TV; a second room with a French bed (140x200 cm), also with desk and TV; a combined living/bedroom with another 140x200 cm bed, sofa and TV; and a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), TV and desk. The bright daylight bathroom with bathtub and the additional separate WC provide comfort, even for groups. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction stove, oven and plenty of seating for cooking and dining together. A fast 200 Mbit Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the apartment. Please note: the apartment does not have a balcony. Smoking is only permitted outside the building.
