This 70s-style home is central to all Lubbock has to offer. Whether you want to go for a relaxing walk or enjoy a great evening out, this safe, quiet, & friendly area is a wonderful spot! There are 40+ restaurants within a square mile of our home. The split floorplan creates a secluded & private feel for all who stay. Bdrm 1 has a queen & Bdrm 2 has a king. 1 step is required to access all spaces. We work hard to create a space where you feel comfortable & can relax. We would love to host you! The space We have 2 bedrooms for guests to stay in that are both located on the East side of the home (the host's bedroom and bathroom are located on the West side. and the kitchen & living room separate the two sides). The first bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom boasts a king bed. Each bedroom can be locked to provide guests with extra privacy. Guest access Guests will be provided a private code to the house. During your stay We are happy to interact as much as our guests would like. We understand some people may want more privacy, while others may prefer to socialize with their host. We want you to enjoy your stay with us and will respect your preference! Other things to note We do have a short-haired cat named Cocoa. She is very sweet and gentle, however, she can be shy with new people and may hide in our room. You may want to keep your door shut or she may come into your space.
