House is centrally located in the Tahoe Park area- Colonial Manor. Space available is one bedroom with shared bathroom. Home is near UC Davis Medical Center, Cal State Sacramento, Dignity Health Hospital and minutes away from downtown Sacramento. We allow a second person but with an additional cost per month. Room decor may be different depending on rearrangement of furniture. Other things to note We do not allow smoking of any kind, no drugs, or pets due to allergies. Additionally, we only rent to guests whose identity has been verified either by Airbnb or a third party site if needed.
