The space This walkout unit has no stairs to enter and no stairs once inside the unit. A four person round dining table and stylish living room as you enter the unit. A second living room with a SmartTV, full sized pull out sofa, and reclining chair. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and bakeware - you should have everything you need to prepare a meal, and if you need something in particular, you may ask your hosts.The first large bedroom has a king sized bed, desk, lamps, and a large closet. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, large closets, 2 chairs, and lamps. Both bedrooms have nice linens and blackout curtains. There is a full sized bathroom that is a bit of a retro throw back - I kept the green toilet and tub! :) There is a second half bath/laundry room. Outside there is a dining table and two Adirondack chairs for lounging outside. The backyard is private and peaceful. The yard is a haven for wildlife, birdwatching and occasional deer sightings are not unheard of. Guest access Guests have their own driveway to park in that fits 4 cars comfortably. You enter the home through the back of the house and the space is completely private. Other things to note Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at the home for a small fee. If you would like your pet(s) to stay, it is $50 for each pet. Please advise hosts of pets prior to arrival. The yard is not fenced, but there is a tie out provided. ~Guests are required required to clean up after themselves, their guests, and their pets (if any.)
