One-bedroom Annex in Kegworth

Located on the border of Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire, The Annex provides a little bit of tranquility whilst being handily close to East Midlands Airport, East Midlands Gateway, Donington Park and the cities of Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. Previously Victorian Outbuildings, we hope you will enjoy the high standard of renovations we have undertaken in this self-contained hideaway! The space The annex was constructed in 2020 and consists of a bright and comfortable kingsize bedroom, sitting room with bifold doors looking out onto the garden, a bathroom with wet room style shower, toilet and sink. Cooking facilities are located in the utility of our home - this is the only shared part of The Annex. There is a wide range of reading material in the lounge plus a TV with Netflix and other online viewing platforms. Other things to note It is worth noting that The Annex is accessed by a pedestrianised lane - you cannot drive to the property. It is, however, only a two minute walk via the paved lane. Finally, this is our family home and so we ask that you are considerate guests, keeping noise to a a respectful level and no extra visitors to the annex. Thank you!
