Villanova and golf courses, St. Davids, Aronimink, Waynesbourough and are all within 15 minutes. Valley Forge National Park and nature trails are also a wonderful addition to our area. The main floor has an inviting fire side living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen with contemporary appliances. The second floor has the second primary bedroom with en-suite, a large walk-in closet and access to the office. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath. The third floor has the 5th bedroom that is furnished with 2 full beds and an en-suite bath with the original claw foot tub!. A covered, furnished front and side porch as well as a rear stone patio invite guests to relax and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding the 2 acre property. Like many historic homes built before the advent of the automobile our home sits close to the road. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and grounds.
