The space This apartment is located within West Beach Lagoon complex. There is a designated BBQ area and pool with popular slide for all ages at the complex. Parking is assigned by the apartment number and requires only parking in that marked spot (information to be provided). The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be accessed only a few steps from the West Coast Hwy entrance to the parking lot. Two parking spots 49 and 50 marked for the apartment. Parking spots are yours to use, included. There are bollards that are optional to use. Locks for the bollards are found in the apartment beside the fridge. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and common complex space for your stay. The master bedroom with the queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom with 2 king singles and an ensuite full bathroom. The apartment has two coded door locks so no keys to collect. Your access code will come with your check in instructions. Other things to note This is an apartment stay, suitable for up to 4 guests. This is a lovely family complex. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment.
