The building is listed both by the Ministry of Development and the Ministry of Culture and preserves several of its original features, as for example the colorful patterned floors with cement tiles, the decorated ceilings, the wooden panted walls, etc, that give the building aristocratic elegance and a mid 1900's Athens charm.
