This Timeshare Efficiency Condo (studio) #414 rental is available ONLY Dec. 13 - 20th, 2025 (or Dec 12-19th 2026). Rentals of 3-5 days must either start Dec. 13 OR end Dec. 20, 2025. Enjoy balcony mountain views and outdoor heated pool. Nearest lift (if open) is across the lodge parking lot. There are game & fitness rooms, plus restaurant on site; other nearby lodges also have restaurants. Some shops, a small grocery store, restaurants at main Snowbird Center are within walking distance. The space This Efficiency unit features a queen Murphy wall bed that you pull down and a sofa bed with mini kitchenette/small dining area - all in one open space. Comfortable for 2; tight but can work for four (no privacy). Walk across parking lot to your lift (if open)! Snowbird and Alta resorts are thought by many to have the best powder snow skiing in the USA. Snowboarding OK at Snowbird, not allowed at Alta. Guest access Adults have access to all amenities of the lodge. The hot tub, spa and fitness room are for ages 16+. There is a game room for children and movies to check out from the front desk. There is a lodge laundry room. Check-in is after 4PM, it's possible your room may not be ready by then. On Saturday checkout is by 10AM; Contact front desk regarding storage availability for your luggage at the Lodge before check in or after check out. Bigger group? We own two condos this same week (412 and 414). Other things to note Our timeshare week is early in the season; snow conditions vary significantly from one year to the next. The Lodge has free parking, which does not include trailers, on a first come, first serve basis. Driving requires 4 wheel drive. If you are flying in, call Iron Blosam's front desk (google phone number) to inquire about current transportation service options. Consider doing food shopping before coming up the canyon due to limited availability at Snowbird Center. Some guests reportedly have food delivered through Amazon via Whole Foods.
