This is a Timeshare Efficiency Condo (studio) #414 rental. Enjoy mountain views and quick walk to lifts. Nearest list (if open) is across the lodge parking lot. Wind down at Iron Blosam Lodge's hot tub & heated outdoor pool! There are game & fitness rooms, plus restaurant on site; other nearby lodges also have restaurants. Some shops, a small grocery store, restaurants at main Snowbird Center are within walking distance. This Efficiency unit features a queen Murphy pull down wall bed and a sofa bed with kitchen/dining area. Comfortable for 2; tight but works for up to four (no privacy). Walk across parking lot to your lift! Snowbird and Alta resorts are thought by many to have the best powder snow skiing in the USA. Adults have access to all amenities of the lodge. The hot tub, spa and fitness room are for ages 16+. There is a game room for children and movies to check out from the front desk. There is a lodge laundry room. Check-in is after 4PM, it's possible your room may not be ready by then. On Saturday checkout is by 10AM; Contact front desk regarding storage availability for your luggage at the Lodge before check in or after check out. Bigger group? We own two condos this same week (412 and 414). Most questions are best handled by the wonderful Iron Blossom staff. We are available by phone; however, we haven't been there is a very long time. Iron Blosam requires us to send in names of all guests prior to your arrival as part of the owner guest authorization policy. You can ski or snowboard at Snowbird; or take the shuttle up to ski only Alta (no snowboarding). These two ski resorts are pretty isolated with no town "night life." There are shuttles to and from Salt Lake City and airport - be sure to check time schedules in advance. The Lodge has free parking, which does not include trailers, on a first come, first serve basis. Those flying in typically make reservations with Canyon Transportation shuttle. The shuttle in the past makes a market stop, ask if that is still standard practice. Whether you drive (4 wheel drive required) or use shuttle, it is advised to do food shopping before coming up the canyon. Some guests have food delivered through Amazon via Whole Foods.
