Remodeled Country Home Shaded by Giant Oaks

A beautifully renovated two bedroom, two bath home with picturesque views and plenty of oaky shade awaits your country getaway. 🌳 Special note before choosing to book —Quiet hours are firmly sundown to sunup. Thank you for being neighborly! 🤫 A picnic table and grill are under a covered porch for outdoor enjoyment. The home sleeps six, with one king, one queen, one small futon, and one extra large sofa; also there’s a queen size self-inflating air mattress available in the master closet. The space Each bedroom and the large living/kitchen area is cooled with mini split a/c units .❄️. There is also a dehumidifier to keep the humidity out of the house. We tried to keep the nostalgia alive while renovating by using existing items, such as the table and chairs, front door, and sewing table (now a welcome sign). Please gently enjoy this sweet country home. 🏡 Guest access Guests are only allowed in the home and on the sodded yard. Park only on the rock driveway please. Other things to note This is typical backroads Texas, so please stay clear and be watchful for the usual critter 🐿️ or insect 🐜 roaming 🕷️ about. We do not spray insect poison inside our little home for the safety and health of our guests, so do not be surprised if you meet a bug or two. The trees are beautiful, but do not climb them. 🍃 There is usually a group of peaceful deer that walk through in the evening to 🦌 everyone’s enjoyment, along with painted buntings flitting about in the spring and summer. A barn cat may stroll around occasionally. 🐈
