Each room has been thoughtfully designed to lead to the lush and inviting garden. This single-storey holiday home is filled with bright Mediterranean light and has a scattering of cheerful house plants and a modest Boho-chic style. The home’s entrance leads directly to the central sitting area, open-plan kitchen, and dining space. When you turn to the left, there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. To the right of the dining area are two additional double bedrooms and a large ensuite bathroom. The office room on the left of the entrance has sliding glass doors that lead directly out to the swimming pool terrace. A bathroom with a toilet and shower sits just outside this room.A door opposite the bathroom leads to a large laundry room with a washer and tumble dryer, the perfect amenity for long stays and families with children. Make your way to the centre of the home, where a sitting area with large sliding glass doors and billowing white curtains allow pools of light to fill the space. A shag rug covers the tasteful laminate flooring, and a comfortable sofa looks out to the garden where a bright bougainvillea overhangs the entrance, inviting your outside. Adjacent to the sitting area is a stylish kitchen complete with everything you need for a self-catered family holiday. The built-in appliances include an oven, microwave, induction hob, and fridge-freezer, while an espresso machine sits on the sparkling white countertop. A small door in the kitchen opens to the front garden, allowing a cross breeze to cool the room on hot days. To the right of the kitchen and lounge is a spacious dining room with seating for six guests at a sturdy glass-top wooden table. This room has garden access on two sides, creating an L-shaped opening to the swimming pool patio, bringing the outdoors in while you dine. To the right of the dining area is an ensuite double bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a window that overlooks the garden. The large ensuite bathroom contains a separate shower and bathtub. One more double bedroom with a window to the garden completes this side of the sprawling single-storey home.
