Surrounded by tender fruit trees, and just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Honsberger Estate Winery and Bistro without needing to leave the property. The space Nestled in a 200+ year old fruit farm lies this cheerful cottage recently renovated for your comfort. On 50 acres you can walk, but not pick, and see the growth cycle of local tender fruit through all seasons. On the Honsberger Estate Winery Property and many neighboring wineries and restaurants. A short drive or Bike Ride to Downtown Jordan, Upper Canada Cheese and Balls Falls. Niagara Falls - 20 minute drive St. Catharines - 10 drive Vineland - 10 minute drive Beamsville - 20 minute drive Guest access You will have access to the Entire Home, and Backyard within the Fenced area. The Shed is not accesible for guests. Other things to note Quiet time is 11pm No smoking No parties or events No pets Fires in the fire pit have to be under 3ft high - if the Fire Department is called you will be fined up to $750 - see printed fire permit rules. There is no firewood supplied at this time. No extra guests other than those you booked for or a fee $150 per additional person per night will be charged. Property next door is Private Property Farm and garden are private, no picking allowed
