Bedroom one has a king size bed with orthopedic mattress and bedroom two has 2 singles and a TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, air fryer, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine and breakfast bar. The very comfortable lounge has 3 sofas, and an extendable dining table. Free WiFi with large TV with Netflix, and a full sports package . Underfloor heating. Woodburner - logs provided free of charge. Bath and separate shower. We are very dog-friendly, 2 dogs stay for free, please feel free to request if you wish to bring more. They will love the large enclosed garden and we can even offer a field for your own private use to exercise your dog. We really love dogs and will do our best to make you feel comfortable bringing your dogs even if they are reactive. Just let me know how I can help. Just bring your own throws if your dog likes to snuggle up on the sofa! We now have Fibre WiFi so possible to do online meetings with good speed. Good news for Sports fans we now have full Sky sport package available during your stay, includes Prime Netflix, Sky, TNT, Plus Discovery +. You have access to all The Piggery, a large single -level annexe to our Farmhouse at Maesycoed. Your private entrance takes you into a boot room and sliding doors into the open plan kitchen and lounge area. The vaulted ceiling and large windows give plenty of light and with underfloor heating, constant hot water and a woodburning stove we know you will feel cosy in winter even if it does rain in Wales sometimes! The fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar, electric range, microwave, air fryer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser will make your self catering a pleasure. The large lounge area has an impressive brick chimney with a woodburning stove, we supply all wood free for your stay. There is a dining area with table and four chairs and three sofas . A large smart TV with Netflix and all sport channels and there are books and board games for your entertainment. The corridor takes you past the two bedrooms, one king size bed and one with 3ft single beds and up two steps to the bathroom, which has a shower and bath, washbasin and toilet. You have your own private large enclosed garden with a view offering a large lawn, patio area with garden furniture, table and chairs, BBQ in the summer There is plenty of off road parking in the new parking area in front of The Piggery. We can provide bicycle storage if needed. Guest access All The Piggery and garden are for your own use, having your private entrance and garden. The garden is enclosed with large grassed area and patio for outdoor dining. Plenty of off road parking for you in our new parking area . Other things to note Please let me know if you are bringing dogs with you. They are always welcome and no extra charge but I use different rugs and covers when dogs stay.
