Beautiful, artistic home with 4 unique bedrooms for rent, all with 3 shared baths. Pessoa is on the ground floor. Enjoy easy walking access to Luso shops, restaurants, park, lake, and thermal baths. The Bussaco national forest is a treasure only 10 minus drive or 20 minute walk. My home has a shared living, dining and kitchen, as well as an artist studio and outside lounge patio with bar-b-que, overlooking the organic gardens and nature preserve. My guests have access to all the living areas. The space My home has 6 floors with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. It is built on a hillside overlooking my gardens and a nature preserve. The street level has an entryway, a bedroom, Pessoa, bath, and garage. The first flight up has two bedrooms, Tara and Frida, both with balconies, and air-conditioning, and a large bathroom to share. One flight down from the street level is the Living room, dining room and kitchen with an open floor plan and two balconies. The next floor down has a large community lounge, meeting room that is a great place for your yoga practice, and large bath, the laundry room is also at this level. The lowest level is a large room with the artist studio and lounge, including large tables for entertaining. This room opens to the patio, Bar-B-Que, and gardens. I live in this home and am usually around to help guests and care for the gardens. My resident cat, Duffy, loves to meet new people. I do travel at times, and if I am not on site I am easily reachable by phone and social media. I am usually here to greet guests, but if not, there is a lock box for entry to the home. The home has many stairs, so it would be difficult to navigate for those who have mobility issues or small children. Guest access My guests have access to all the living areas except other bedrooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen are fully equipped, with a modern kitchen with excellent equipment and kitchen tools. I’m happy to share spices and other kitchen condiments. You will have your own shelf for personal foods in the cupboard and in refrigerator. The TV is in the living room and you are welcome to use it. I have most streaming services available. The lower level lounge, studio and entertainment areas are cool and comfortable for entertaining, as is the outside garden and patio. If you are an artist feel free to set up and enjoy using the studio. Other things to note I have a resource book on site with maps, activities and local things to do. There is free parking on the street. Please be respectful of quiet times between 10pm and 9am. No parties or excessive drinking. My home recycles, composts, and I try to be conscious of energy usage.
