Very convenient location to reach Milan. All the furniture is new with a modern design, with a kitchen available to guests, a large and bright living room, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, an outdoor terrace, and a private garden. WHAT WILL I FIND IN THE HOUSE? - a comfortable and cozy double bed with a slatted base and orthopedic Memory Waterfoam mattress - 1 double sofa bed - A very cozy and bright living area is equipped with a SMART TV that will allow you to watch Netflix with an already registered account, Wi-Fi connection - kitchen complete with dishes, pots, kettle, fridge, microwave (it is NOT equipped with a traditional oven and dishwasher) - Bathroom with bathtub/shower - Washing machine - We provide sheets and towels depending on how many people will stay - espresso/american coffee machine - autonomous heating (temperature at 19°C) - There is NO air conditioning in the house - Private garden: you will have a double private garden where you can spend wonderful days outdoors. - To ensure a high level of cleanliness, the premises are sanitized with ozone. Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN IT HOST? It can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people. A few steps (within walking distance) from the house there is a Minimarket (Vigo Market in Piazza Corte Grande) for basic necessities. Alternatively, you can reach the La Corte Lombarda shopping center or Esselunga for a greater assortment. IF I STAY FOR MANY DAYS, DO I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WASH CLOTHES? There is no washing machine in the house, but you can use the self-service laundromats in the village. You can also reach them on foot, and they are equipped with modern washing machines and dryers. WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR? You can park your car in the free areas surrounding the residence where the house is located. They are large, and you will not find it difficult to find a parking space in the following streets (100 to 200 meters from the apartment): Via Repubblica, Via Angelo Motta, and Via Aldo Moro. OUTDOOR SPACE The house has a large garden to be used in the summer to enjoy the beautiful sunny days or to dine outdoors.
