Welcome to the Madeline Cottage, our newly restored 1920's cottage home away from home located right in the Cultural District. Perfectly situated in the heart of Fort Worth, just minutes away from local museums, Dickies Arena, UNTHSC, TCU, Trinity Trails, Fort Worth Zoo, Botanical Gardens, West 7th, Montgomery Plaza, Magnolia, Stockyards, Downtown, and more. Our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home features king-sized beds in each bedroom in addition to a stocked kitchen for your dining pleasures. The space Our home is a restored one-story 1920's cottage featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with lots of historical character and charm. You will find original hardwood floors and original doors and doorknobs. Please watch your step as you make your way around the house as some areas are slightly unlevel. Our backyard has a deck with stairs that leads down to a privately, fenced in yard which can be used for family gatherings or a private parking space. We do have an owner's closet located in one of the bedrooms that is locked and not available for use. We provide keyless entry to ensure an easier check-in process. We do provide starter packs for all supplies including dishwashing and laundry detergent. We are conveniently located in the heart of Ft. Worth in the Cultural District. You can enjoy living in a quaint neighborhood while also having easy access to all major attractions and major highways. It is a very walkable, family friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful and considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. No partying allowed in our residence. Please note: This is our own personal second home and to ensure the safety of our residence, we do have a Nest doorbell located at the front door which provides video and audio security. The house is located just off a busy road which provides great and easy access to locations, but there can be audible car traffic heard in some parts of the home.
