Rental unit in Lasarte-Oria

Welcome to our accommodation! :) This is a 48m2 apartment located in Lasarte-Oria, in the province of Guipúzcoa. It is in a residential area near the Oria River, well connected to the train station 450m away, a 5-minute walk: about 20 minutes by train from San Sebastián. We hope you enjoy your stay here :) The space In a building without an elevator, the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Please keep in mind that you will have to climb stairs. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - A cozy lounge area with sofa and TV - An independent kitchen with a dining table with chairs for 4 people - The sleeping area is organized as follows: * Bedroom 1 with a double bed of 150x195 * Bedroom 2 with a trundle bed made up of 2 small single beds of 80x200. - A complete bathroom with shower. Please, note: you can occasionally hear noise from the street. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house is heated by electric radiators in all rooms. One of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan with control. Moreover, you'll have a portable fan at your disposal. Hot water is provided by a gas heater. If you come by car, you can park on the street for free but it can be difficult to find a place. If you can't find a parking space, you can leave your car for free in the racecourse parking lot. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
