Villa Juusola is a spacious & cozy detached house located in an idyllic rural setting in the beautiful village of Kaulinranta, in the municipality of Ylitornio. Come and enjoy the winter of Tornionlaakso and spend a relaxing holiday under the Lappish starry sky, in the glow of the northern lights. In summer, you can enjoy the midnight sun, a variety of events, and the lush river valley. The area offers opportunities for a wide range of activities, from sports to culture - you can also easily visit Övertorneå, Sweden. The space Towels/linen are included in the price. The property is suitable for families, couples, or even for telecommuting in the peace of the countryside. The courtyard includes a playhouse and a swing. There is plenty of space and it is easy to dry clothes and other equipment when you come back from a winter evening trip. The house has two floors and can accommodate 6 people.   Downstairs there is a porch, hallway, kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom/living room (3 single beds), toilet, shower and sauna.   On the second floor there is a lobby, a bedroom (a double bed consisting of two connected travel beds and a 160 cm wide mattress topper and 1 single bed) and a toilet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Yard storage, garage, and other storage facilities are only available to the host. Waste recycling All recyclable waste is recycled, so the site has clear sorting instructions for different types of waste. The host will transport the recyclable waste to the recycling point.
