Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise through large picture windows framing the mountainside. Savor a light lunch at the unique paddleboard table or dine al fresco as the sun goes down! Sunggle in front of the indoor fireplace or catch a movie on the 65-in Roku tv. Full kitchen with Whirlpool appliances, dining table seats 8, kitchen island seats 3. Deck dining table seats 6 with additional seating close by. All you need to bring is your clothes, your food & drink! Kitchen & bathrooms stocked with just about everything else. Stay for a few days and treat yourself at The Retreat. And, if you have a larger group and wish to stay together, both lower & upper units can be reserved based on availability. The Gazebo, firepit and the outdoor games (including corn hole & air hockey) are shared with the lower unit. Games are located on the lower level, by the back door of downstairs unit. If there are guests on the first floor during your stay, please be courteous & do not use their porches or grill, unless invited by them. Feel free to walk the property, which is bordered by the tree lines & wire fencing. Be wary of the ground, as it can be unlevel to walk and may be slippery after a good rain. Also, if you walk off the property into the neighboorhood, be aware of loose dogs that live on Wooten Road and do not pet, tease or feed them, cattle or horses you may see along the way. My neighbors thank you! Other things to note Grocery shopping is at least 15 minutes away. Best to get all of your groceries ahead of time. Closest food stores are in Ocoee (Fresh N Low), Etowah (Food City), or Cleveland (Food City, Aldi, Publix, WalMart). Kitchen is stocked with a variety of coffees, teas, sweeteners, several spices and some refrigerated condiments. Refrigerator has bottom drawer freezer with ice maker.
