The space Our wooden house is delightfully furnished, celebrating the colors and rustic charm of our farm's produce. The spacious surrounding yards offer panoramic lake views, a gazebo, a fire pit, a BBQ, and areas for outdoor games, including volleyball. A three steps stair leads to a flat open interior layout that accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms furnished with a queen, a full, and two twin beds, respectively. The main bathroom is adequately stocked with essential toiletries, towels, and a shower head heater. The kitchen provides major equipment, and basic appliances, cookware, utensils, and condiments for a comfortable stay. Our commitment to cleanliness ensures a fresh, pleasant, and inviting homey experience. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the house and outdoor amenities, including the gazebo and the areas for BBQ, fire pit, and front yard. The immediate surroundings of the farmhouse are rustically fenced, with pathways meandering through tropical greenery and uneven terrain. For safety reasons, guests are asked to always supervise children and refrain from exploring trails leading deeper into the farm due to ongoing agricultural activities. Other things to note Please note that the nearest supermarkets, pharmacies, and gas stations are at a 35-minute drive from our property. We recommend stocking up on groceries, potable water, ice, and other preferred supplies in downtown Utuado before arriving. In the event of a temporary power outage, the house is equipped with a gas range for cooking and a generator with a transfer switch to power essential electronic equipment. While we welcome guests seeking relaxation and leisure, it is important to note that our property is surrounded by diverse flora and fauna typical of the countryside ecosystem of Puerto Rico. From morning roosters and pollination bees to evening frogs and melodious coquis, guests may occasionally encounter various insects and animals during their stay. You may also expect the seasonal and spontaneous share of pollen and air particulates from the surrounding luxuriant greenery.
