Relax with your family and friends at this bright and inviting 3bdrm home. Bring your bathing suit and boat. Enjoy the beautiful pool and explore the waterways in the backyard from your boat or the dock. Beach chairs , umbrella and a sunshade are provided for your use at the nearby beaches. They are located in the carport. We are happy to host your pets however they are not permitted in the pool. The space This is a 3 bedroom home featuring a large master with a complete ensuite and a walk out to the pool deck. A mini split air conditioning unit has been recently added to this room. The second bedroom features a queen with a walkout to the outdoor patio area. The third features a 2 XL single beds with two windows. A three piece washroom is shared for the queen and double twin rooms. The living space is open with a large kitchen that looks onto the dining and living room areas. The living room leads through a bar with TV and mini fridge and opens onto the pool deck. The solar heated pool is enclosed in a spacious screened room. An outdoor dining area and propane bbq are located on the pool deck. Enjoy views from the outdoor patio and dock at the water. The house has smart TVs in the living room , master and twin rooms. A regular TV is located in the 2nd queen room. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home. A washer and dryer are located in the master ensuite. Although there is a small boat located on the dock, it is not available to guests. Other things to note WIFI is provided to all guests , however it is limited. We would ask that you limit streaming or gaming on other devices. The TV located in the living room ,master and twin rooms are smart TVs with a number of free movies and free cable channels. They also have a large selection of HD free air channels. The queen room has a regular TV with several free air channels. There is a carport attached to the house that houses 5 beach chairs and umbrella and sunshade for your use at the beach. Our boat is stored in the carport limiting storage .
