Only Minutes to Conway & North Conway, close to all Mount Washington Valley ski areas, snowmobiling trails, surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest for the breathtaking sightseeing, hiking, climbing, waterfall chasing. Escape alone or with your friends and family, there's something for everyone, even your pup! The space You'll find that this North Country gem is perfect for families, couples or groups. Our home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 12. Main floor has Impressive layout that was designed for entertaining! Vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, Galley kitchen & dining room, Massive primary bedroom suite and even a Bonus Loft space. The hardest decision to make should be whether you enjoy your morning coffee in the 3 season room or on the spectacular front porch (also fantastic star-gazing views). Kids can head to the lower level and enjoy their own Rec area and easy access to play outside! Convenient on-site Laundry. Outside-plentiful amounts of parking in the horseshoe driveway, fire pit, short walk to the Community Market and Deli and Ice cream shop at the end of the street! What's nearby: 3 Ponds and 5 sandy beaches, Boulder Beach less than a mile down the road. Anytime of year when you need to hop in the car and just explore- head towards Conway, where you can cruise the infamous Kancamagus Highway. In the Winter you'll have ski-ing and tubing options; including King Pine (eight miles south), Cranmore (11 miles north), and Attitash (18 miles northwest), and you can't forget about the Snowmobile trails! In the summer don't forget to get your tubes and float the Saco River! If you like to visit local fitness facilities, there is a Crossfit gym within 10 minutes in downtown Conway. Dozens of small family owned businesses surrounds the area so be sure to stop by and support the Locals!
