2 Queen beds - Ocean View & Beach Access!

Wake up hearing the waves in your ocean-view room and be at the beach in less than a two minute walk! Discover the perfect home-away-from-home and relax in a comfy hammock between surf sessions or jungle hikes. Your comfortable room comes with two Queen beds, its own bathroom, and a separate entrance to the front porch. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy spacious living/dining areas with outdoor seating. Come stay with us to enjoy the best of Playa Venao! The space There are five rooms for rent in the house, so if you need space for more than 2 adults, please contact us to arrange renting multiple rooms for your trip. You can even rent out all five rooms and have the whole house for your group! Our house is one of the original buildings ever built in Playa Venao. It features traditional architecture, stunning views of the whole bay from its wrap-around porch and second-floor balcony, and a forest setting where monkeys and parrots enjoy the fruit from our mango trees. We have renovated the house to restore it to its intended beauty, while adding modern touches and updates. We have retained its rustic charm, high ceilings, and authentic feel. The house is located up a steep hill, but it's only a 2 minute walk to the beach - you just walk down our outdoor stairs and down the driveway across the road. Guest access Your bedroom, with private entrance to the outside and private bathroom, is on the main floor along with three other rooms for guests. On the upper floor you'll find the shared living room and dining area as well as the shared kitchen and one more guest room. We also live upstairs with our two daughters, who love to welcome our visitors from all over the world! We offer full-service laundry options, with wash/dry/fold service starting at $8 per load. Our house is a non-smoking facility (including vapes), but you are welcome to smoke outside. We offer a room refresh every few days, including clean towels and clean sheets. We can also leave you to your privacy if you prefer to opt out completely. During your stay Our family (myself, my husband, and our two daughters) live in the house and will be your hosts - along with our friendly cat, Dolores! Our girls love to entertain other kids, and we love to meet new people. But we respect everyone's privacy when you're not up for socializing. Other things to note We offer surfboard rentals and surf lessons (with the best instructor for beginners on the beach!) as well as various tours of the area. We can also put together customized Surf Camp Packages for you - please contact us for details. It's a 2 minute walk to the Surf Dojo Cafe and La Barca Beach Bar, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner options. It's also only 2 minutes to Eco Venao's Cafe and Restaurant if you'd like to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner surrounded by the jungle. It's about a 20 minute walk along the beach to the main area of town where you will find a large grocery store, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, the ATM, and the gas station.
