This cozy and convenient home is located in a paved neighborhood in Morrisville, VT. No dirt road travel required! The house is minutes from the State Park beach at Lake Elmore and only ten miles from downtown Stowe. If craft beer is your thing, we are centrally located from some of Vermont's finest. We are a great location for outdoor enthusiasts, be it skiing, hiking, biking, golf, paddle boarding/kayaking and so much more! The restaurants and shops in downtown are just a few minutes away The space Our single family home will offer guests access to two bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. A full bathroom, a game room with foosball table and darts, and a laundry room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a 55" smart tv, a kitchen table for four, an outdoor table on our deck which has a grill, and a quaint backyard for your enjoyment. We have off street parking for two vehicles and a storage shed for your larger outdoor equipment. Guest access As our guest, you will have this single family home to yourself for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Our home is located on a paved road with access to restaurants and shops just minutes away. Beach access at Lake Elmore is less than 4 miles away and a 10 mile drive down historic Vermont 100 to downtown Stowe, 45 minutes to Jay Peak, 30 minutes to Smugglers Notch Resort, all give our house a great central location. Great biking and hiking are at your fingertips, making it the perfect place to launch your Vermont adventure!
