A perfect studio for two 2 four

The studio is in a quiet little street in a family friendly house downtown Reykjavik, few minutes walking to shopping and restaurants . It is semi-basement but with bright windows facing the garden, queen size bed, sofa, toilet, shower, kitchenette and a washer/dryer so everything you need for a pleasant stay. Please note that this is a studio - only the bathroom is separated and the rest is one space. The space This is a studio apartment with a queen size bed and a sofa (not sofa bed but it is possible to sleep in the sofa, I have an extra mattress to put on top). There is no separate bedroom, this is just one open space. This is a house of three apartments, the studio included, i.e a very small and quiet family apartment building. The studio is on the ground floor/basement but it has full size windows. There are 4 children in the house from the age of 10-16 so please note that on a nice summer day the garden will be used by them. I can provide guests with accessories for small children like a travel bed or a high chair. No smoking is allowed in the apartment or in the garden. Free parking in the street. I am available at decent hours on the third floor in my own apartment where I live with my family. Guest access The guests have the studio all to themselves and only share the entrance with other apartments in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. There are also some basics like tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. And of course there are towels, table cloths and bed linen. The parking place on the lot is only for the 3rd floor, so please do not park there except for maybe a few minutes to unload/load your car. We - the other residents in the house - sometimes use the entry in the back from the garden as that gives access to whole house not only the apartment. The garden is of course open for your use as other residents in the house. Other things to note We are very close to some pick-up places for day trips, only a few minutes walk. There will be coffee available when you arrive but if you need some basic food for the first morning like yogurt, fruits or bred just let me know.
