Basement apartment with large patio!

Enjoy your time with your loved ones here. Nice apartment in the basement of the house. Large windows in all three bedrooms. A small double bed and a cot in the master bedroom. Single bed in small bedroom and 120 cm bed in medium bedroom. A bathroom with toilet and shower. Laundry room with washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Large patio that is a perfect tumble space for children. You have the entire basement apartment and patio downstairs for yourself. Kind animals are also welcome. (Strap restraint and decent) Shows signs of wear and tear, will be repaired in due course ;-) The space The apartment is located in the basement of our house. Located in a building area, about 20 min walk to the city center. We live in the house ourselves. When you rent the apartment, you have it to yourself. Same with the patio downstairs. Unfortunately, there is no opportunity to use the veranda/outdoor space upstairs. We are a family with children, so there will be the sound of children's feet. We tend to be quiet between bedtime at 6 pm and 7 am, so you will get your night's sleep in peace. On weekdays there is some action from about 6 to 6:45 am, before work and breakfast. But quiet again after that. We initially only want to rent out when we are at home ourselves. But if anyone wants to rent for a longer period, just contact us. The calendar is only open on the dates we know 100% that we are at home. The apartment is very possibly available, even if it is not an available date, so feel free to contact us if there is a need. Guest access You can freely use the apartment, parking space one meter from the front door, and large patio with a view. You are free to use the furniture/toys/fire pan etc. in the patio. Note - now in the start-up, there is not such a large selection of outdoor furniture or toys. This is coming, but not until July. NB - no electric car charger. We can arrange quite a lot - with toys, beds, splash pool, fire pan, grill, TV, children and baby equipment, BIG lavoo in the garden, etc., but we will not make it a permanent fixture yet, as we are quite new to renting on AirBnb. We have rented out permanently for many years, so we are trying to find the best possible solution for us and visitors. But if you want something, are more people, or have special needs (Mother in the house has ME and has some aids that can be borrowed. For example, wheelchair/crutches/stools, etc.) just let us know, because there is a lot we can arrange in a relatively short time. Other things to note We have TV but no channels. Cromcast will be available. We have a dog that walks freely on our verandas. She's old and very kind. She is not very fond of strangers, so she often stays a little away from new people and animals. But if she thinks you're cool, she might trot down to your patio to say hello. She'll go back up again when she wants peace. Let us know if anyone is afraid of dogs, and we will lock her up with us. She has always been free to wander around the property, and we don't want to change the routines of an old lady ;-) There is a picture of her on the fridge. Her name is Shiba. If you want tourist information, we can guarantee that you get 100% information from us :-D We prepare folders and maps, with information, which are located in the apartment. Same with some takeaway menus from local favorites. Here you can relax at home, or you can enjoy lots of experiences. The apartment is from the 1980s, and in some places it shows signs of wear and tear. We are renovating bit by bit, so some things are brand new, while others are ready for replacement. We have a low cleaning fee, because we expect guests to do general tidying and cleaning after themselves, so that the main cleaning is less. We speak good English, but are not so good in writing. But we are very solution-oriented and have found a lot of help in the translation program :-)
