Great for a stay with family, friends or for business, it accommodates up to 5 guests. You will enjoy two bedrooms, a balcony with a view of the park, an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a workspace and a private garage. The accommodation is carefully prepared before each arrival. The space The apartment is completely private. There you will find: • Two bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds and a dressing room. • A cozy living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate one additional person (sofa bedding is provided, but the bed is not made in advance). • A fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals with ease. • Bathroom with cosmetic products at your disposal. • A pleasant furnished balcony with unobstructed views of the park. Check-in is fully self-service to allow you to settle in with complete freedom. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in a trash can. • Alcoholic beverages are allowed with respect for the premises and the neighborhood. • Before you leave, please lay out the used towels and take out your trash. • Please respect the quietness of the residence, especially in the evening. • To protect the accommodation, please remove your shoes as soon as you enter. • Please use only wooden or plastic utensils in pots and pans to preserve their coating.
