The community clubhouse is within walking distance or a short ride on a bike from our home and has a public pool and gym. You can find a paved nature trail that boasts meadow and river views on a ¾-mile loop that begins at the neighborhood clubhouse and meanders between two large ponds. Strategically situated, The Batteau Guest Room offers convenient access to the area’s major roadways, including I-95 and I-295. Traveling to business centers, cultural events, and recreation destinations in Richmond, Henrico, and Tri- Cities is a breeze, as is the return trip to our exceptionally welcoming environment. We are always willing to try to accommodate a vehicle parking in the driveway (size dependent). In the event that you need to park in the ample street parking, please keep our neighbors in consideration and ensure that you don’t block access to their properties. ✹ Keyless entry is available via the keypad on the front door – no risk of forgetting your keys! ✹ Quiet hours operate between 9 pm to 8 am. ✹ The community swimming pool operates seasonal hours: May - September, 15:00-20:00. ✹ The home gym is currently not air-conditioned. ✹ As a guest here, you can choose to rent this private bedroom individually or in combination with the other three rooms available.
