I can clean my counters and baseboards in the morning, and by the afternoon, they will be dusty. Having said that , be sure that the place has been thoroughly cleaned. This house is a stand-alone home, it does NOT have a backyard just a front patio that is partially fenced. The bedroom has a door for more privacy from the rest of the living area. The bed is a queen size bed with memory foam mattresses (medium - firm). The toilet and shower are private from the vanity and bedroom. The living space is open to the kitchen, dining room, and living area for a more comfortable gathering space. Guest can smoke in the front patio but never inside the house. Next to the house, there is a Storage unit where we keep supplies for the airbnbs. You do not have access to the storage, it has a separate entrance. Guest access Front patio and 1 carport space. Use the carport that is closer to the place you are staying in. If you need to access the back alley you can do so from the front patio on the north side there is a gate, and it is always unlocked. There is No backyard at this house and the front patio is partially fenced. Other things to note You get some mountain views from the front patio. You can tie your bikes to the tree on the front patio.
